Am using WindowsXP and recently reformatted. Even though my copy is genuine, a message pops up before i can load into Windows, telling me that my copy is not genuine and it gives me 2 options: to Get Genuine or Resolve Later. Choosing either does not make a difference. Here are my diag reports:
