Migrate MCPID to another Microsoft Account RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I'm trying to migrate my MCPID (Qhuddus*****@gmail.com) to my new Microsoft Account (Mohammed*****@gmail.com). Can you help me how to do it.

  • Sorry, I misunderstood then.  This sounds like something you will need to contact Microsoft Support for. I don't believe there is a way to do this by yourself.  This would likely lead to people trying to sell off certifications to others if they allowed people to do it themselves. Try contacting your regional service center for assistance. Link to their contacts below.

  • You should be able to do this by visiting link below.  Then click on Manage your sign-in email or phone number.  That will allow you to change the email associated with your microsoft account.

  • Thanks for the quick reply. I'm not trying to change email address, I'm trying to transfer MCP from Old_Microsoft_Account to New_Microsoft_Account.

    Right now my MCP is linked with (Example) old_account@gmail.com and I want to transfer this to new_account@gmail.com. Both are Microsoft Accounts and not private or company email addresses. If I even try to change the way you said, it's not accepting since I'm trying to up another Microsoft email address.

    Any suggestions.............?
