I purchased windows live onecare yesterday. Attempted to Install it today, I get almost all the way through the installation process and then get this Error ID: 0033-80070643.. I have windows xp and meet all of the other requirements too..

Please help

The 0033 error is caused by net framework not being installed correctly or damaged. See this Microsoft Knowledge Base article to resolve the issue - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/912968/en-us
