regarding MCP ID

  my name is janan jacob, i have passed my MCP Examination in the web side The exam code is 070-528. my company was trying to associate my ID to its but my id ws not accepted as i have given my Candidate id which ws in the result sheet i got. Then i came to know about the
  MCP ID. but i don know hw to get it .... hw do i get it please help me its urgent....!!!!!
