Notes are missing RRS feed

  • Hi there,

    I’ve very old customer since 1999, whenever sales person reaches the customer they’ll add a note, now the issue is old notes are not populating under Notes & Activities section. It seems to be CRM pulling only top most notes.

    Can anybody suggest how I can pull all the notes without any condition?

  • Hi there,

    I found the resolution, actually all notes will be displayed as 'Record Per Page'.

    CRM Options (from menu) --> General --> Set number of records shown per page in any list of records.

    It seems some customization is done for notes because by default you should be able to see all notes.

    Did you check in advance find if you are able to see all notes for your account ??
