help installing

  Try installing from the One Care website - http://onecare.live.com/standard/en-us/default.htm

  i installed it from the site it say my accounts is active but i can not use it. i cannot open one care to use it. help please

  Uninstall One Care using add/remove programs, use the install cleanup tppl - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=828910&SiteID=2 then reinstall One Care.
