Thank you for visiting the OneCare forum for Install and Activation issues.
You may have installed OneCare from an old CD.
Please try to install OneCare from http://onecare.live.com/standard/en-us/default.htm and download the 90 day trial.
After it is installed, launch OneCare and click on Subscribe. Follow the prompts to the payment page and for the method
of payment select, "Pre-paid PIN or Token" and enter in the 25 digit product key that came with the CD to activate your subscription.
