Outlook Client 4.0 won't re-engage RRS feed

  • This is the advanced client with offline capability.

    It's not universal to all of our mostly similar plant of laptops.


    Boot up, launch Outlook 2007 and all is well.  Close Outlook & re-launch you get no CRM toolbars.  At this point you can go into the addins, deactivate then reactivate the CRM addin and the sync/initialization process runs and the toolbar renders.


    We've tried this with all but the CRM addin disabled and it still behaves this way so I'm concluding it's not any of the addins colliding.


    a little help, please.
