Invalid Column Name 'CustomizationLevel' CRM 4.0 RRS feed

  • Question

  • hi,

I have performed a migration for a CRM 4.0 organization to CRM 2011.

CRM 2011 is installed on a different server than CRM 4.0, and the DB of CRM 2011 is on a different instance than the DB of CRM 4 .0. The migration completed successfully and everything in CRM 2011 is working fine.

The Problem is that when i try to log in to my organization or any other organization on CRM 4.0 i'm getting the below error on Load:

    Invalid column name 'CustomizationLevel'

Can anyone give me a hint to know how to solve this issue ?

  • CRM Tracing should give you more information about the problem.

Can you describe the steps you've taken, and when the problem with CRM 4.0 started happening ? From the original post, it sounds like all the SQL databases for CRM 2011 (MSCRM_Config and the _MSCRM database) are on a different SQL instance from the CRM 4.0 databases, so I can't see how the migration would have affected the the CRM 4.0 databases
