Query on Migration from MS CRM 2013 On-Premise to Microsoft Dynamics 365 On-Premise

  Hello Everyone,

  Currently, We are using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 On-Premise and now, we want to Migrate the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 On-Premise to Microsoft Dynamics 365 On-Premise.
  
  So, any one can let us know that, Do we have the On-Premise version of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is available for migration for existing customers.
  
  And If possible, then later after migrate to Microsoft Dynamics 365 On-Premise, Can we purchase more User Licenses for Microsoft Dynamics 365 On-Premise.

  Also routed me if anyone is having any similar article published by Microsoft for the same.
