Hi

Can anyone tell me if MS Dynamics CRM 2011 (OnPremise) editoin can be downloaded/has been released?

My client currently has CRM 4.0 (OnPremis -IFD) and have asked about upgrading. Can anyone point me in the direction of some useful resources in terms of upgrading from CRM 4.0.
