MSCRM 2011 with outlook 2013 not showing the reading pane

  We are having the reading pane issue with outlook 2013. Each and every CRM entity appears as if it was a contact, presented in a business card layout that only contains the entity primary field (name) and not any other data.

  Machine : Windows 7 32 bit

  Office : Office 2013 32 bit

  MSCRM Client : CRM 2011 32 bit, rollup 13

  Note: The issue is happening in 32 bit machine only, 64 bit machine is working fine.
