Validation of Office 2003 professional current version RRS feed

  • Question

  • Have been using Office 2003 Professional suite for several years (mostly in West Africa while working there) without any problem. I bought the Office suite on Internet (2004) and was expecting problems when the DVD arrived (looked much like pirated software). But I've been able to install it and used it for many years. The most amazing thing is that since a installed the Office 2007 professional suite (a suite I bought with Microsoft, officially and legally) validation problems with the Office 2003 Professional suite started.

However since I'm working in an environment where many people still use Office 2003, it's much easier for me to the use the same suite and I'm thinking about bying a legally sound version of Office 2003 Professional, still I don't want to reinstall everything.

Therefore my question: Is it possible to use the Office registration key  of the new suite the get the already installed suite validated ?

    Anybody an idea ?????
