    Hi I have this wierd ghrapical problem it seems XP wont display some pics. like backround etc, it also afects the Internet sites

    I was hoping you can help me fix it without the need to reinstall the XP other then this is awesome condition.
    I tired also updateing the ATI drivers and also runed Windows File Scan  no files are missing.
