How to learn MVC

Question
-
I would like to take:
Developing Web Applications with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 - Course 10264A
But they ask for about 3 years experience working as a developer.
I'm a computer science student and have been working with some Junior level development and IT support, what I really need is get my skills right on the following:
- jQuery
- LINQ to SQL
- MVC
- AJAX
- C#
My programming level is very junior, very often I find it difficult to follow the Hands on training on Microsoft's MVC page, what is the best way to get training from scratch for the disciplines mentioned above?

Hi,
I will suggest you to learn from CBTs also get hands on experience on VMs because as per my practice I found CBTs very helpful also when you will work on VMs you will get hands on experience on the particular technology.

Hi Shafaquat,
Thanks for your reply, I don't think I really understand what you mean by VMs and CBTs, I'm sorry but I'm quite new to forums.
Cheers
