We are a software company that provides GIS software for Public Safety and City Government. Our software, like many others, has a maintenance renewal date per product and also per account. Is there a way MS Dynamics CRM 2011 can color code the
software for a particular client that is overdue in their maintenance renewal?
For example...
Anytown, USA has Widget 1, Widget 2, and Widget 3. The maintenance renewal date for each product is different since they were bought at different times. So far they have paid their maintenance for Widget 1 and Widget 3 - but not for Widget
2 and it has become overdue. I would like to highlight Widget 2 in red (or any other color) to denote they have not paid their maintenance. Is that possible?
