  • Hi

    I have recieved a email for Windows Onecare telling me my subcription has run out but I paid for a year! It says my computer is at risk now and I cant find anywhere to get in contact with Microsoft to help, can anyone help me out there??

  • Check to see that your computer date and time are set correctly. If you were using the trial when you purchased your subscription did you activate it? To activate, open One Care, select "Subscribe" and when asked for a Live ID enter the Live ID and password used to purchase your subscription and One Care will activate.

  • I have checked the time and date and they are fine. I paid for one year subscription in full at the start, still nothing

  • Sign in to http://billing.microsoft.com using the Live ID and password associated with your subscription and check the status of your account. If your subscription expiration is not as expected or it is still showing expired on your computer please contact support.
