I purchased my Toshiba Satellite from Comp USA over two years ago, with Office installed, and now I'm getting the "Not Genuine" notice. Here's the diagnostic:

Toshiba does not install Volume Licensing software on its laptops sold in retail stores. Like many other computer manufacturers, Toshiba does sell its laptops with Trial installations of software, Microsoft Office being one of the more wiely installed Trials.
However, your laptop does not currently have a Trial or retail license for Office installed; it does have two separately installed Volume Licensing editions of programs which are components of Office. Both of these programs, Word 2007 and Excel 2007, are reporting that they are nongenine because they were installed with Invalid Volume Licensing Keys. This emans the product keys were made up by software pirates using a product key pirating program known as a Key Generator. The product keys were never issued by Microsoft, making them Invalid.
Assuming you still have the installation discs from when you purchased Office at CompUSA, my suggestion would be to uninstall these two nongenuin programs, restart twice, then freshly install the Genuine Office that you purchased at CompUSA.
