    I am missing dl files that do not allow me to run certain steam games.  How do I fix it?

    Hi P J Fig,

    Thank you for posting in MSDN forum.

    Could you give us the error message or the screenshot about the missing MSVC files?

    Firstly, please go to Control Panel>Programs>Programs and Features>Uninstall or change a program to select all the Visual C++ Redistributable package, Right click "change">"Repair" as below:

    Then you can tell us the missing MSVC dll files version number, we can help you do a research to find out which packages corrupted or didn't install.
