    windows automaic updates isnt set to downloada nd install high-priority updates automatically.this pc my be at risk from internet threats.what to do in such situation???i always keep on getting this....

  • Open One Care and select "Turn On" Automatic Updates and your ststus should return to good.

    You can also visit the www.windowsupdate.com and check to see if your updates are hidden.  If the updates are hidden,

    select Restore hidden updates under Custom Install.

     

    Rerun the TuneUp from OneCare and see if that works.

     

    If you are still receiving the error message, please contact support.

    2 .     Click Contact Support  in the bottom right corner of the webpage

    3 .     Click Get support

    4 .     Select the Billing Support or Technical Support Bubble

    5.     Answer the questions appropriately, you will be guided to an agent if you have a paid subscription or email support if you have a trial version.
