Microsoft Office 2010 RRS feed

  • Question

  • I bought Microsoft Office 2010 and when I put in the activation code I received and error message saying that it was an invalid code. I have tried many of the remedies provided on your website and still can't get it to work. I just purchased this product on-line 8/4/2012 (2 days ago). I wanted to get assistance via phone and was informed that I would have to pay for that assistance. I feel that Microsoft has my $144.00 and I have nothing other that a confirmation that it was paid for.
