Options in ADFS for organizations are greyed out. RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi all,

When I create a new IFD environment (CRM 2013), I set it up or import it in the Deployment Manager and, once this is done, update the DNS and add the environment to ADFS (2.0). I've just done the first two but when I go into ADFS, it's not letting me do anything.

I've gone into Trust Relationships -> Relying Party Trusts -> selected the one that's being used -> gone onto the Identifiers tab. Usually, I'd just add the URL into the text box and click Add and that should be it. However, I've gone on there today and the text box, Add, the list of current environments and the Remove button are all greyed out.

I was sure I'd done this before so should have access to this area. Does anyone know why this is the case and what I can do to solve it?

  • Got it.

There's a check box for "Automatically update relying party" which was checked - this was unchecked and I had access to the options again.
