microsoft GS wavetable synth is not working and hp unzip utility has stop working

I am having this problem also, but the problem I'm trying to deal with now is my Microsoft GS wavetable synth is not working
I have noteworthy composer this is a music notation program. I sent them an e-Mail to get some answers why I do not have any sound on play back. I followed the suggestions carefully. One suggestion they made was to search for device manager look at sound/auto devices right click on the sound driver and choose uninstall. I did this without success. Another suggestion was to view all the mixer volumes settings. I did this also everything looked good. Another suggestion was to make sure I was using Microsoft GS wavetable synth. I check this and that was their. I'm hoping to get suggestions from TechNet to resolved this problem.
Thank You Much for Your Time

You have asked in the wrong forum. I believe you should ask your question in a Microsoft Answers/Community forum dedicated to Windows, such as this one:
Select your version of Windows. You can also select the topic "Other Settings" as this seems the best fit for your question. Search for similar questions, or click on "Participate" and select "Ask a Question". The Answers/Community forums are on a different platform, so we cannot move this question there. You will need to ask your question again. Sorry.
I cannot move your question to a TechNet IT Pro forum because they are separated by Windows Version. Plus, they may not be appropriate for you question.
