    I complained about my onecare experience then asked a question and it never appeared.  Are complaints not allowed?

    A forum problem apparently began at about 9:30 EST on 2/5 and was not resolved until late morning on 2/6. New posts were not appearing on the web interface, but were stored in the database. It appears that all is well now.

    Oh, and yes, complaints *are* allowed. We will edit or delete posts that are offensive, though.
