    I use MS CRM in outlook. I right click a column title and in colum format I change the column header with a different wording. All works fine and the column header shows the new header title. However, if I leave the view and then re-enter the view I see the previous header titles and not my custom headers. Any idea on how to solve this?

    I don't think CRM supports changing the column labels in outlook.

    If you want to change these you would need to go into the CRM customizations and change the actual field name.
