MCITP - Exam 70-640 RRS feed

  • Question

  • For Exam 70-640 Windows Server 2008 (MCITP) is it a must to attend the training class? I want to save cost for attending classes therefore only want to take exam and study on my own, is it possible?

  • It's not a must to attend classroom training.  You must be aware however that the exam 70-640 on it's own will not earn you the MCITP certification but the MCTS: Windows 2008 Active directory, configuring.  To gain the MCITP certification there are a number of other exams to complete in addition. Providing you have studied the skills measured and have real world experience to back up the knowledge you will have no problems without attending a class.
