SSRS Reports do not impersonate when accessed from MSCRM 2013 Web application RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi All,

We have an issue with SSRS reports in MSCRM. I have installed SSRS connector (MSCRM 2013 SP1).

The reports when accessed from MSCRM always run in MSCRM App pool identity (service account, etc). The report never runs in context of current user. When I create a simple report with report parameter of current user, it always shows app pool identity. When I run the same report in SSRS reports manager, it works fine in context of current logged in user.

We are not sure why SSRS report in MSCRM 2013 web application always runs in context of IIS CRM application pool identity/service account.

    Any help is appreciated.

  • Hello,

Could you please provide screenshots/description why you sure that impersonation doesn't work properly? Also could you please provide how do you use it in a report and what is your scenario?
