Is Live Mesh Compatible with Windows 7? RRS feed

  • Question

  • When I go to the Live Desktop on my new Windows 7 machine and choose Add Device , I only get two choices for Windows, XP and Vista.  Nowhere can I find out if Live Mesh is compatible with Windows 7 nor how to install it.  I don't want to damage this brand new system.

    Thanks!.....  John

  • It is compatible, they just haven't yet updated the wording on the Mesh website.  Go right ahead and install.

  • The choices are (a) XP, Vista 32 bit; and (b) Vista 64 bit.  So yes, choose Vista 64 bit.
