    you might need to install relevant langague pack to supppor this in MS CRM. please provide more information on your requirement and then some one can provide more information with regards to this..

  • Yes, MSCRM supports double byte characters. I've worked on systems storing Chinese, Korean and Japanese in the past. As Mayan says though, if you want foreign language labels you'll need a language pack installed.
