    I have created a simple web resource in Silverlight, imported into CRM and added it to a form. When previewing the form the web resource appears, but when its published and I view the form the web resource is empty. Does any one know why this could be

    When you open the form does it open in Read Optimized mode?

    Check the setting on the webresource on the control. There is a checkbox for Show this web resource in Read Optimized Form.
