ANTI VIRUS FIX CONTAINS FAILED WINDOWS LOGO TESTING

  I first tried by rebooting - the anti virus still has red urgent message...

  I then tried the anti-malware repair tool - when running, a message pops up "anti virus has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify compatibility with Windows XP - Hardware will not be installed"

   

  Any other ideas??  I do not have a disc (bought online) with which to un/re install...
