10 days ago a mass spam e-mail was sent from my Hotmail account to all contacts - at the same time, my Inbox and Contact List was deleted. I immediately followed the recommended instructions (change password and secret question, report the incident
to MS using the form provided). I have had no feedback at all from them.
2 days ago my Hotmail account was closed. I again filled in the form ("Contact Support"). Still, I have had no response and there does not seem to be a single phone number or alternative avenue of support for me to try and salvage the information
and potentially reactivate the account.
Can anyone help here?
