User name or password error on IFD login RRS feed

  • Hi all, we've a problem logging in to CRM 4 via IFD.

    Everything is set up so that the IFD User Name password screen is displayed when a user attempts to access from the internet. However, after attempting to sign in with a valid DOMAIN\UserName and Password the 'Invlaid user name or password...' message is displayed.

    The user can log in internally without issue.

    Any ideas?

  • Hi..

    I have seen this issue a few times, in my case, the CRM AsyncService it was down. Try to check if the CRMAsync Service is working.

  • Thanks Jimmy, the CRM Async Service is running under the context of the Network Service account.
