Fix It Centre will not work

  When I try to run Fix It I get a message: An Unexpected error occurred, the troubleshooting wizard cannot continue.

  Error Code:     0x80040154

  I am having problems with Windows Explorer, it is freezing / not responding. Its not easy to overwrite explorer.exe as its always in use.
