    Hello people!

    After checking the prerequisite applications to install CRM, I have the following error:

    "MS Dynamics Setup.
    Error de la accion.

  • Hi!

    Yes I got the solution, follow these steps:

    1. Uninstall CRM 2011.

    2. Delete the key in regedit:

    • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Components\AA525E7FC7F524344B2B2650A4C6D64D

     

    Note: This Key AA525E7FC7F524344B2B2650A4C6D64D is always there, so if you have the same issue in another installation, you will have to do the same steps.

     

    3. Restart the server.

    4. Install again.

    Can you paste here installation log which is c:\Users\<your_user>\Roaming\Microsoft\MSCRM\Logs

    It should contain much more useful informations.

  • Hi Roxana,

    What language do you have on your server (Windows Server 2008). Did you tried to install CRM 2011 English and later MUI for your language.

  • Hi Jimmy.

    I have tried installed with all trial serial keys (workgroup or enterprise editions).  After giving the serial and 'next' button, the error message appears.

    Yes I got the solution, follow these steps:

    1. Uninstall CRM 2011.

    2. Delete the key in regedit:

    • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Components\AA525E7FC7F524344B2B2650A4C6D64D

     

    Note: This Key AA525E7FC7F524344B2B2650A4C6D64D is always there, so if you have the same issue in another installation, you will have to do the same steps.

     

    3. Restart the server.

    4. Install again.

  • After a waste of time I found the installation file is corrupted, I downloaded the installation file again and it worked out. Note that there are places on the Internet that download file is corrupted.

  • OK ! ESTÁ FOI A SULUÇÃO ! A 2 DIAS BUSCO SOLUÇÃO PARA ESTE TRATA-SE DE REINSTALAÇÃO DE UM CRM AONDE TIVE O MESMO PROBLEMA ERRO: "Setup MS Dynamics. Erro de accion la. Microsoft CRM Setup.common.analyzer + CollectAction. Erro fatal durante a instalação. " SOLUÇÃO : Desinstalar CRM 2011. 2. Excluir a chave no regedit: SOLUÇÃO : Esta AA525E7FC7F524344B2B2650A4C6D64D chave está sempre lá, então se você tem o mesmo problema em outra instalação, você terá que fazer os mesmos passos.
