    How can i use/is it possible with  MSF to synchronize Oracle XE (on Client machines) with Oracle EE (Central repository).

    Oracle XE DB is a subset of main DB and this Oracle XE DB is working with ADO.NET.

    there is no OOTB Oracle Sync Provider, but if you're up for it, grab the sample here and replace the SQL Ce part with the same sample Oracle Sync provider.
