Some users are complaining that when they are using crm with outlook plugin from home using their VPN access, it's slow, even for some, to slow to work.
I don't know how to diagnose this issue. Is it:
- related to our VPN server?
- users home bandwidth?
- crm outlook plugin consuming to much of our bandwidth?
I know that it could be related to all of them, but could you give me some advices or ideas on how to try to figure out what's happening?
N.B.: it seems that with a web browser, it's performing pretty well as I could test it from a remote location thousands miles from ours servers... but this location had also a good bandwidth.
