Credential Manager resets after computer Shut down

  Hello,

  I have updated Windows 10 Pro from version 2004 to 20H2 OS Build 19042.630, and after this my credentials are gone -> browser, outlook, onedrive, network.. everything. If I enter them they are keeping till I Shut down PC. After Shut down I need to enter everything again.. I tried to restart few times -> result is they are keeping. Is this new BUG on 20H2 ??? Any solutions/workarounds?
