Customization/Policies in Communicator Web Access? RRS feed

  • Question

  • There is a lot of information about how to apply policies in the Communicator Desktop client. There is less information about the Web Access client.

Are there server side policies that can be changed in Communicator Web Access (CWA)?

We need to implement CWA for the customer in phase 1 of the project. If possible I would like to disable call forwarding buttons because the OCS PBX integration is not implemented yet.

In phase 2 we will implement Voip and Video via de Communicator Desktop client as well as the PBX integration.

In this phase I would like to enable the buttons in CWA again. Is this possible?

  • If you disable a user for Enterprise Voice you won't see the Call Forwarding buttons and since you are not integrated with PBX the Enterprise voice does not make much sense any way

After you do the integration with PBX enable the users for Enterprise Voice and the button will return
