Deleting emails with oulook client RRS feed

    this may seem very simple but I haven't found it yet. What happens when I delete an email via outlook that was tracked in CRM. I only found the rules for tasks, etc. Does the email stay in CRM all the time after it was tracked? Where can I do the configuration for that?


    In addition to that I am wondering if there is anything where I can see which of my tracked emails weren't resolved by the CRM system?
