  • Hi M2012,

    Was it running earlier?

Are you using different accounts for different services (Async, Sandbox, Monitoring, etc.)? If you're, can you check if the CrmUnzipService is running under the Account that is assigned to CRM Application Service?

  • Hi there,

This is first time. All the services running under Network Services. When I forcefully starts it giving below error (CrmUnzipService.exe from crm folder)

    ---------------------------
    Windows Service Start Failure
    ---------------------------
Cannot start service from the command line or a debugger.  A Windows Service must first be installed (using installutil.exe) and then started with the ServerExplorer, Windows Services Administrative tool or the NET START command.
    ---------------------------
    OK
    ---------------------------

    Please advice.

  • Hi M2012,

It appears the CrmUnzipService was not properly installed during the CRM Server setup. Did you receive any errors/warnings while installing the CRM Server?

    Anything in the event viewer?
