    Why does Microsft not recognize the Microsoft 2007 Home and Student copy that came with my computer from Dell? It was in a sealed Microsoft labeled disk with a license number on the envelope that I used when I registered it. My computer recently crashed and I reloaded the software after the repair shop had put a 2003 verisonon my machine. My copy was in sealed disks with a Microft license label. How can it not be genuine?
