MS CRM 2011 ONLINE - Outlook Client sync RRS feed

  • When I sync appointments to my Outlook, everything goes fine. But if the appointment goes in to cancelled or competed state, those wont be deletel from Outlook. Only some general error occures when sync.

    But if I delete those or any else appointment from CRM, it also will be deleted from my Outlook.

    Any suggestions why cacelled or compeleted won't sync?

  • More info.

    The problem occures with my own filter. It filters only appointments where owner is a user or user's team.  How completed status or cancelled status affect to that?

  • Well, I think I found the real problem.

    I have created all the appointments with only minimal info. That means I have added only required fields (subject, start & end time, owner). The organizer has not added. And that is the problem.

    When you don't add organizer, the appointment syncs ok in the first time, but after that the error occures until you add the organizer. So this is not related to my custom filter or team in the owner field.
