my pointer keeps freezing all the time

  at times my pointer stops and freezes as a moments notice. i have to restart the note book to get my pointer moving again.

  need help to sort it out  also my bluetooth is playing up I get this message often  eeror unable to start the blue tooth stack service. I don't know what this means or how to fix it.
