Printer problems since last update RRS feed

  • Hi,

    If problem happens after specific update installing, if possible, try to un-install the update, re-start system and check the result.

    Besides, please try to manually re-install printer driver and check the result. 

    If problem persists, please provide more information:
    1. Is it network sharing printer? Or, cable connected one?
    2. What is the error message of failed printing? 
    3. What is the problematic OS version?
