  • Hi Roy,

Actually we want to configure the UWP app as in Kiosk, but due to some limitations we are trying to configure using Shell Launcher V2,

The Limitations for configuring the UWP app on kiosk mode, we have File Explorer requirement in our application, we need to open the File Explorer, but in Kiosk mode user not able to open the Logical drives as like as File Explorer, that's why we are looking the Shell Launcher V2.

Here is the tutorial am following,

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/configuration/kiosk-shelllauncher

    https://github.com/Microsoft/Windows-iotcore-samples/blob/develop/Samples/ShellLauncherV2/SampleBridgeWmiScripts/README.md

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/samples/microsoft/windows-iotcore-samples/sampleconfigxmls/

    Thanks,

    Pariventhan

  • Hi,

Based on the documents you are following and the Shell Launcher you are using, the problem is related to TechNet and Shell Launcher. It it out of the scope of UWP forum, I'd suggest you to ask about this in TechNet Forum.

    Best regards,

    Roy
