I've tested creating a mail merge with Outlook 2003 and 2007.
The problem is, some of my recipients (contacts in my case) have the «do not allow email» or don't have an email at all. When I send the mail merge to those recipients, I have no feedback that warn me those email are not sent. This sound wrong to me. Is there an option I haven't seen somewhere ? Is this standard behavior in CRM for outlook ?
