Simulate Slow Wan network in either Hyper-v or Windows Virtual PC

I'm preparing for an expansion into a new branch office and I want to setup a testing enviroment so I can see the preformance of various applications. I have my VMs created but I want to make a slow network connection to our network. but I'm not sure how to go about it.
