back up subscription expired/why? RRS feed

    I just purchased windows live one care on 2-27-08. Now, its telling me my back up subscription has expired. Nowhere can I find how to fix it..the back up should not have expired. I've went to the help center numerous times, my acct , and the contact customer support, but no info on how to correct this problem.

  • Did you purchase the optional online Photo Backup? Or is this simply a OneCare subscription?

    Is OneCare reporting that it is expired?

    If your subscription to OneCare shows expired in OneCare

    • Check your PC date and time.
    • Check your subscription status by logging in with your subscription LiveID at http://billing.microsoft.com
    • Confirm that this is the same LiveID shown to be the Subscription ID in OneCare - Help/About...

    If your subscription is correctly shown at the Billing site, but incorrect in OneCare and your PC date and time are correct, please contact support.
