This might not be the place to ask this question, but I am hoping someone from Microsoft will notice this and guide us.
We (on behalf of a newly acquired client) had a person contact us saying that they are with Microsoft and saying that they are doing an audit. They had a valid microsoft.com email address that did not bounce back and they had
information about previous names that the company had etc. They also had a Seattle number, which these days could be faked or be ringing anywhere. And they wanted a ton of clarification and we were in the process of submitting all the information they
asked for. But, in the past 2 weeks, the phone number is no longer working and emails are not being responded back to.
Not sure what to do .. we have sent numerous emails to this contact, but no response for last 2 weeks & the timelines that they had set has gone by. Inputs anyone? Thx.
